An interior renovation for the U.S. division of a renowned financial services firm, founded in 1936. Set within a landmark building overlooking Union Square, the project demanded a bespoke solution to spatial challenges. The brief focused on delivering a high-end, functional workspace that reflects the firm’s heritage and values.
Low ceilings and an irregular floor plan required a creative rethink of space and flow. Transitional design elements were introduced to visually lift the ceiling while maintaining a sense of openness. Every design decision was grounded in clarity and refinement, supporting both comfort and presence within a compact footprint.
The final layout unlocks flexibility without compromising on elegance. Smart space planning delivered custom breakout rooms and fluid circulation throughout. Wall-to-ceiling treatments conceal constraints while showcasing the firm's curated art collection. The result is a calm, tailored environment that feels expansive, expressive and entirely fit for purpose.
